  1. I am running at about 6 fps in icecrown so I'm not in a city and that's really really low. I'm not exactly sure what to do considering my last computer, which is a way worse computer than my current, was getting about 15 fps.

Here is some of my specs to my PC

    I'm running Windows Vista.
    Processor: AMD Phenom(tm) 9150e Quad-Core Processor 1.80 GHz
    Memory (RAM): 4.00 GB
    System Type: 64-bit Operating System
Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce 6150SE nForce 430

I should be running WoW at ATLEAST 20 fps. This is just rediculous. If you need more specs to my computer just say so. I'd very much appreciate help with this issue. Thank you.

you do realize that you have onboard graphics, 6150se is quite on the low end of graphics for onboard. Have you tried turning your settings as low as possible? What resolution is your monitor and what res are you playing at ingame.
