Would a powered USB hub help me?

    i have a computer who's usb ports don't produce enough power for my devices and i was wondering if i just used a powered usb if it would allow my devices to function.

    It's sort of the norm now, having a powered usb hub...I can't remember the last time i saw a hub without a plug coming from it.
