Would someone read my minidump?

  1. I have a new computer that is crashing ever now and then. If someone could read my minidump I would appreciate it.

    Win 7 64

    Thanks

Your minidump isn't posted properly. Go to C:\Windows/minidump. Right-click on the .dmp file and send it to a compressed(zipped)folder. Upload that folder just like you did with the corrupted text file

    Okay:
    KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
    Ntoskrnl.exe

These actions might prevent an error like this from happening again:
    1. Download and install updates and device drivers for your computer from Windows Update.
    2. Scan your computer for computer viruses.
    3. Check your hard disk for errors.

Thanks. Does this mean it's not a driver, the usual culprit?

Any yellow exclamation points in the device manager? Sometimes running Windows Updates until no more updates are found, including ALL optional updates, will solve any driver problems
