building a new pc with a tyan k8we motherboard, 2 x opteron 280s and either a 9800gtx+ or gtx260.

Yep all looks good.
A friend had that case and although it says its silent its not so but cases can be louder so go with that.
Also that is one beast of a motherboard!! You must post a picture to the gallery when its up and running and tell me when you do. Never seen a duel processor mobo before.
