XClio A380 case fan

Hi, I today switched on my PC and the fan was well dead

I tried many things but nothing made it work
turned the speed controller to max,
removed any new hardware to make sure PSU has enough power going to fan,
plugged fan into another pc,
and finally tried manually starting fan by turning it with my hands,

The fan on the side panel is a XCLIO 25cm fan (which measures 220mm x 220mm x 30mm). Some sites say the 25cm one measures 250mm while others say it measures 220mm, mine measures 220mm The closet I could find is a 220m Akasa but with no VR Speed controller cable.

Can anyone please help, I want a 220mm(22cm) Case fan with Speed Control, from a retailer which ships to the UK

Hi, actually my speed controller (one of manual controllers) is not working properly because the wire attached to the knob has come loose so I may solder it together again, and my fan has two cables 1x molex (for power) and 1x 3 pin fan cable that connects to the Speed Controller.

I have seen quite a few fans but I only see ones which have Molex or have the 3 Pin fan cables, how come mine has both? How do the others work if they only have one?
