Xine Hogging Alsa Sever

    Hi, I've got Alsa as my audio server, I can use XMMS and Gaim quite easily but if i turn on Xine it plays up either Xine doesn't get sound if something else is using sound such as XMMS or, Gaim does not get sound if Xine has control? any suggestions?
