    Hi there

I recently tried (unsuccessfully) to start in Safe Mode by hitting F8 on startup ans now when I try to start I get the Blue Screen with the following reference.

    ***STOP: 0x0000007B (OxF792E524, OxC0000034,0x0000000, 0x0000000)

That is the screen that comes up on start before I can access anything (other than F10 to go into setup.

I have run the diagnostic on the HD and it is fine...

Any help would be massively appreciated

    Thanks in advance
    Paul!

    0x0000007B: INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE
Windows lost access to the system partition or boot volume during the startup process. Typical causes: Installing incorrect device drivers when installing or upgrading storage adapter hardware, or a virus.

It seems a virus scan is in order here as a good diagnostic step. Can you slave this harddrive in another system and run scans?
