xp keeps crashing on start up

Hi i have an:
kn1sli lite mother board
1gb of kingstong ram
x1950atil gecube graphics card
2800x2 amd athlon

about 3 times out of 5 my computer will crash on start up for no apparent reason ive checked all the hardwear is working correctly and everything is plugged in, can some one please help me with what to do im so stuck and i really want to get it working.

second post to xp keeps crashing

i have anti virus and anti spyware also a reg clean up, systweak and a firewall, can some one help? and run scans regularly

What kind of error do you get at startup or does the computer just shut off?
