Is there a problem networking my computer running XP Pro and another one running XP Home?

There is a security permission issue, that Xp Home actually does have in Safe mode (but this is irrelevant)

Start--> Run--> netsetup

Thank you, it seems the Norton 360 firewall was blocking it . I disabled it because my router has a firewall in it. When I get to work tomorrow and do a restart we will see. Thanks again

I'd suggest you run the Norton Removal Tool as well
