I hope someone can help me with this. I have downloaded a few freeware programs to simplify screen capture printing. Everything looks fine until I get to the Photo Printing wizard final preview when the Start key, which is definitely there on the saved document, is missed off the print. I have used PrintKey 2000, Purrint, ScreenHunter and MWSnap3 but have been unable to get the Start key to print with these. I believe the problem lies with the Photo Printing Wizard, which is fine for digital pictures, but not for full screen prints. The screen prints are required for illustration in a tutorial.
