XP service pack 3

so, XP service pack three is coming out on the 29th. Can anyone tell me what it will include?

I have a copy from my TrendNet download.
There is no reason for anybody to use Service Pack 3, if they have been performing regular updates to Service Pack 2. In fact it is more risky for people who are not familiar with Service Pack 2.
Most do not need it. Why ask for trouble? Microsoft even suggests as much.
