Hello new to this but PC won't shut down with hits from Trojans (heur?) and (banker?). Running OK after big clean up with Kaspersky AV. Shuts down after standby , restart and password entry screen. A friend recommends complete wipe as PC used for secure trnsactions. Is this necessary?

Hopefully not. Please follow the steps on the Virus and Malware removal site:

When you have finished, Move over to that board, give short recap of problem and attach the three logs. We will review the logs and go from there.
