YM chat window problem

    hello

    i'm having problem with my YM, particularly on the chat window.
    i can't see the texts i sent. also the texts being sent to me.
    i can only see them when writing but after sending, it's all gone.

    i tried refreshing, restarting, re-installing. but the same problem had encountered.

    what causes it? what should i do?
