It doesn't matter how old you are... I been screwing around with computers since I was about 4 years old :haha:

Maybe you can invite your parent to help you along ?

If you don't understand how do the programs and stuff you should do what bushwhacker said and just ask your mom to help you

I was 11 years old, I learned how to open the case side of my step's dad. His computer was on, i decided to open up the bottled water and splash the whole system inside, including the PSU.

In few hours, after he discovered about it, i received a 15 cm of purple bruise on my bum.

It is priceless to see your dad's face.
