    Google's YouTube has announced that 2010 was a great year for the website. As a result, this year search giant wants to grow the number of people working at YouTube by more than 30 percent, which will make it the largest hiring year in YouTube's history.

    So I'm presuming that they need all these new staff so that they can look at each video to make sure it's not breaking copyright law? Yeah right.
