I plan on ditching my intel q9450 stock cooler for the Zalman CNPS9900LED Ultra Quiet CPU Cooler and I was wondering if it will fit in my P5E-deluxe motherboard?

Yeah it is, I'm just wondering if the heatsink around my mobo will affect it and fit properly
