Zone alarm problem

  1. With zone alarm active, I cannot get to ebay, nothing happens, no error messages,
Firefox just never gets the page up. If I close zone alarm, the page comes up. When
checking zone alarm, ebay only shows it does not allow 3rd parties to access cookies,
but otherwise ebay is not blocked. I use to have no problems, but have downloaded
the two latest updates to zone alarm. ebay is the only web site that has this problem.

    Any ideas???

all browsers need ports 53,80 and 443 to be accessible (or allowed and not denied).

Under privacy, my settings has been: cookie control off, ad blocking medium, mobile code control off. Are you referring to some other privacy settings?

    No, just Zone Alarm

There is one more option though.

Remove Zone Alarm all together. !

    Install Comodo firewall
