    Hi,
    I have updated its driver several times but it always give an error code 12 in device manager of WinXP.
    Code 12: This device could not find suitable resources........

    Would anyone please help me in this matter.

    Device Model Number

    You need to tell people more about the device you may get help quicker.

    Try to post the model number there are a lot of products made by Zonet. So there is no chance of help by just saying the product manufacturer.

    Okay located your device drivers on the Zonet site here is the link to the site.

    http://www.zonetusa.com/download.asp

    When you go to this link you have to type the model number in the search box and click the radio button "Model Number"
