"In general, people are able to transact as normal using PayPal. Some people may experience slight delays as we work through the backlog, but we're working as quickly as we can to fix that." - PayPal.

The last five days of PayPal service has been characterised by sporadic outages, but now everything appears to be back to normal. Officials from the company said that there may be some minor delays for a small minority of users, but to all intents and purposes everything was back to normal. Now, isn't that nice? The problems started last Friday following a normal monthly update. A software glitch has been blamed for the outages that were experienced in account access, payment, shipping and other services.
