Firefox 1.5 Release Candidate 3 has been released by the Mozilla Foundation. The new version of the browser has many improvements over previous builds, including an automated update facility to streamline product upgrades, browser navigation with improvements to back and forward button performance, something I thought was pretty nice which is drag-and-drop reordering feature for browser tabs. Other enhancements include error pages, redesigned options menu, RSS discovery.

Mozilla has said that it plans to begin releasing regularly scheduled security and stability updates for Firefox 1.5 every six to eight weeks after the final version of the application is introduced.
