Judge throws out Lime Wire's claims against RIAA

Lime Wire has found itself in a bit of hurt, with a judge deciding to toss out claims they made against the RIAA. In particular, Lime Wire countersued the RIAA a while back for antitrust violations, among other things. Their aim was to go on the offense with the RIAA, which other people and organizations have done with success.

Unfortunately for Lime Wire, the judge didn't buy their story. It may have been their own fault, for trying to push for too many objectives. Ultimately the judge did not accept any of Lime Wire's claims, and of course the RIAA claims they were a diversionary tactic. That was probably true, and Lime Wire will likely suffer because of it. While I hope they do not give up the fight, they are certainly in a very bad spot.
