Vote on the poll and comment in this entry to enter the drawing while choosing among the prize options: a 27-inch monitor, an Apple iPad, a budget laptop or netbook, 2TB external hard drive, CPU/mobo/memory combo, GeForce GTX 460, 128GB solid state drive, a deluxe computer case. So what's your favorite?

The contest will run for three weeks until November 14, 2010. In addition to the main prize as decided by yourselves, we have a GeForce GTS 450 graphics card that will be thrown in two weeks into the contest to a random participant.
Good luck everyone!
SSD for sure, I've been considering one for the longest time, and this just might be my chance!
Would love the monitor too, but I don't have any more space on my desk.
iPad please! Cuz I can sell it to a fanboi and get 3 GTX 460s ![]()
The other prizes look great but my system is still pretty new
I voted for a solid state drive! I currently have a 320gb hard drive; but the sheer speed, efficiency and tenacity of an SSD would bring new life to my aging PC!
iPad for me plz thx ![]()
Not a Mac guy at all but my wife is in love with the Ipad. I have to get her one for Christmas so it tops my list. That, and I just can't justify 2 PCs per person in the house (not including phones, DVRs and consoles)...although an upgrade...
27" monitor definitely. I need a new monitor! Come on Techie Spot, I am a poor Network Engineering student in need! ![]()
voted for cpu/mobo/memory combo. That's what i'm lookiing to upgrade in next monthes.
I have to go with the GTX 460, because I've already got all of the rest of that stuff. Well, except for the iPad. Ok, so I don't have ALL the rest, but the GTX 460 is what my system is missing to make it more uber awesome than it already is.
Voted...Ipad for all the reading I do... ;-)
Voted for the monitor! I could really use another one!! ![]()
Thanks for doing these giveaways, Techspot!
What the hell...i'm in!..Mum's the word, TSpot ![]()
I voted for the iPad. I would never buy one, but would be great to win one. The monitor would be really nice too!
Tough choices but my vote was for the iPad since I just upgraded my main system and wouldn't have much use for the other options.
I voted for the cpu/mobo/memory, but any of those prizes I would be greatful for ![]()
My Core 2 Quad is getting some gray hairs, CPU combo ftw!
27" LCD, sounds good to me. im in
i vote for the Apple iPad mainly because its the hardware that i need right now for my college
voted for GTX460! Still running the old 3870, with all the salaries go to new born babies, this free gift would definitely the most precious!
I looked at each item and at first was a bit intrigued by the idea of an IPad, but recalled that Google is going to put out their own tablet OS for PC manufacturers and seeing as the leaps and bounds that Google has been making in just about every imaginable market I decided to go ahead and vote for the monitor. I'm really excited about the potential for the new Google tablets, things like USB ports for peripheral support would be a welcome addition to the market.
One last thing, I was wondering what kind of monitor Techspot is looking to give away. Is it the one pictured, or something potentially similar to it?
i will vote for the 27" monitor, because it would be a great upgrade for me

tech spot has become a routine in my every day life just like checking my mail,my soccer news i have to visit the spot to see whats new. and, love the new home page looks good.
I voted for the monitor, was a really hard choice, but more monitors is never a bad thing.

voted for the iPad...been sweating one for awhile and just having a new baby, can't justify purchasing one.
A new mobo/cup/memory combo would be nice for a poor college student like myself.
Even though I voted CPU/RAM/Mobo combo, winning any of these prizes would be awesome!
