We missed this bit of news a couple of days ago, 3DRealms has released Duke Nukem 3D source code. It has only been a couple of days and I already see ports for Win32 and Linux starting to take shape.

Now it's time for me to dig up that old game from the closet to bring back some memories, ahh, I've been waiting for this...

1. Ahh, I used to play that :D good game! :grinthumb What do you mean the Duke3D source code? is it like the code they used to make the game? ie: giving you the code so you can debug/edit whatever?
2. Yes, this is the code that makes the game run...And you are now free to do what you want with it under the GPU license...
3. Now I am wishing to find some forums about tech infos, as I am one of these people that want to fix many bugs and let the game more enjoyable :) It would be nice if you put some here, as I´ve found this forum as the first page in google!
4. It was ported to BeOS too, over two months ago ;)Duke Nukem 3D
