PC gamers just love their LED lighting, whether it's inside their case illuminating high-end components, or included with mechanical keyboards, high-DPI mice and even headsets. But there's never quite enough lighting in a typical gaming environment, which is why Razer recently announced a product that will complete the perfect LED-lit setup: an illuminated mouse pad.

That's right, Razer has just launched a mousepad called the Firefly, which includes a collection of RGB LEDs that glow around the edges of the pad. Like Razer's other products in their LED-lit Chroma line, the Firefly supports 16.8 million colors and a range of lighting effects including RGB waves, spectrum cycling, and pulsing.

You can even sync the Firefly with other LED-lit products from Razer, such as the DeathAdder Chroma mouse, BlackWidow Chroma mechanical keyboard, and the Kraken 7.1 Chroma headset. Match up the color scheme with the LEDs you've put in your PC, and you'll have yourself a pretty awesome setup.

Aside from the lighting, the Razer Firefly includes an "optimized" surface with a "micro-textured" finish, which Razer claims provides balanced gameplay and highly responsive tracking. The company has even validated the product with eSports athletes, if that's something you care about.

If you want to grab the Firefly for your gaming setup, Razer currently has the mousepad available for pre-order with a $59.99 price tag, shipping on June 2nd.
