Despite the last Tomb Raider game being an "AMD Gaming Evolved" title, Nvidia has received the rights to bundle its sequel, Rise of the Tomb Raider, with their high-end graphics card and notebook products.

Anyone who purchases a GeForce GTX 970, GTX 980 or GTX 980 Ti graphics card, or a GTX 980, GTX 980M or GTX 970M notebook from an eligible retailer will receive a download code for Rise of the Tomb Raider. As always, not every retailer participates in Nvidia's free game bundles, so if you want this included bonus, be sure to double check with your favorite store before you make a purchase.

Rise of the Tomb Raider won't be released on PC until January 29th, but Nvidia's game bundle promotion starts today. When the game becomes available, you'll be able to convert your bundled voucher code into a Steam key, allowing you to download it just like any other game.

It's not completely clear how long the Rise of the Tomb Raider bundle will last, as Nvidia only states the offer is available "for a limited time or while supplies last". However it does appear to be replacing the previous 'Bullets or Blades' bundle that gave high-end GPU buyers either Rainbow Six Seige or Assassin's Creed Syndicate.
