Benchmarks: Enemy Territory: Quake Wars

Enemy Territory: Quake Wars was unable to challenge these graphics cards without any AA/AF quality settings enabled. Even so, the Radeon HD 4850 was 8fps faster than the upcoming GeForce 9800 GTX+ at 1920x1200, while it showed strong gains over the GeForce 9600 GT, 8800 GT and Radeon HD 3870 graphics cards.

Turning on 4xAA/16xAF really changed the performance trends and in the process gave the Radeon HD 4850 a solid 10fps lead over the GeForce 9800 GTX+ at 1920x1200, which was impressive. The 9800 GTX+ was a significant improvement over the original 9800 GTX in this test, though still fell behind the ATI competition.
