Power Consumption
The power consumption results are interesting. Even though both results for the Intel X58 boards were close to each other, compared to other platforms the Core i7 does pretty well. Load results look good and idle are only stellar because of the Phenom's lackluster performance.
All in all, the Gigabyte EX58-UD4P used 22 watts less than the competing P6T Deluxe under load.
