Benchmarks: World in Conflict Soviet Assault, BattleForge



World in Conflict: Soviet Assault is a demanding real-time strategy game that uses the MassTech game engine. At 2560x1600, the Radeon HD 5970 averaged 55fps, making it 15% faster than the GeForce GTX 295 and 57% faster than the Radeon HD 5870.



BattleForge is another demanding RTS game, though you wouldn’t really know it looking at the Radeon HD 5970. When testing at 2560x1600, AMD's latest card averaged 46fps, making it nearly 2.5x faster than the GeForce GTX 295 and around 90% faster compared to the Radeon HD 5870.
