Given all three Core 2 Duo motherboards are using the same E6700 processor (2.66GHz), it is not surprising that there is little to no performance difference between the boards. The ASUS M2N32-SLI Deluxe which is using the AMD Athlon64 X2 5200+ processor is significantly slower in all three synthetic CPU benchmarks.
