I also have like 20 or 15 lines running up and down my laptops screen. (very annoying)

So yeah , when I go on to play Counter-Strike, the fps stays at 99-100, then after like 3 minutes or so it starts to skip from 99-60-10-40. I have no idea what to. So any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. All this started to happen after my laptop had been diagnosed with like 10 viruses, I hadn't quarantined the viruses for like 3 months, then finally i reformatted ( what the dude i called on technical support told me to do) then all this madness started to happen. It also heats up to like 84 degrees pretty Fast. I also have this annoying CiD program thing that keeps popping up ads, help on that would be great too :).
