Error Message while using email

I'm a Computer Tech and I'm currently working on one of our clients problems, I cant figure it out so i need some help. This Client says whenever he uses his email he gets this error message "zshp1600.exe" then the program shuts down but the computer doesn't. I think it has something to do with his New HP Printer Drivers but i'm not sure. Thanks for taking the time to help.

And what does "using the e-mail" mean?

As soon as He opens up his email which is Mircosoft Outlook, the error message pops up.
