I have been trying to configure SMTPBeamer for use in my office. Has anyone been able to figure out how I can leave a copy of the e-mails on the server when a POP3 connection is made to the Intenet server to download e-mail.
Suggestions will help!

Check the Internet Mail Options (where you enter your POP3/receiving info. Check in the Edit option for your ISP)
Most email-programs let you change the settings for when you download email. One option is: delete after download, another is: leave on server.
Another way would be to use webmail to read your email on the server and leave as is.

My understanding of SMTP is that you SEND email with it, not retrieve.
And no, I could not be bothered to download and try every program someone has problems with. Just trying to be helpful.

No problem buddy! I may just try and wait for someone who is using the program to give me some feedback. Of course I appreciate your effort to provide help!
Thank you!
