Problem in HP Deskjet 3550 Driver

i have problem in hp printer installing , the Error msg No: 1721 There is a problem with this windows installer package the program required for this install to complete could not be run.

Turn on and connect the Printer
Cancel any popup windows

And autodetect the Printer driver
Install it
Test
