Serious system error

My Laptop was on and I left it idling, when I came back the laptop rebooted itself and it gave me "the system has recovered from a serious problem".

Description is:
Error code 100000d1, parameter1 00000000, parameter2 00000002, parameter3 00000001, parameter4 b313df6d.

I have attached the minidump for someone to view.

Please can anyone help me resolve my problem???

Probably caused by : TDI.SYS

I read that someone reported fixing this by un-installing Kaspersky AV
And then running the Kaspersky removal tool: http://support.kaspersky.com/downloads/products2009/kavremover9.zip

Not sure if that helps you or not

I dont have kaspersky installed on my pc...

Tdi.sys actually may be a Virus

Please locate this file (usually in Windows folder)
And scan it with your updated AntiVirus software
