Random reboots. How to make it stop

Recently i bought new Pc configuration and installed fresh XP SP2 system on it. After few days i started to have BSOD, with the same/similar messages in log file:

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x100000d1 (0x00000006, 0x00000002, 0x00000000, 0xba4e6504). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\Mini112108-01.dmp.

It happens randomly, 2 or 3 times per day. I checked all hardware devices and runed all tests and everything seems to be OK. Is it some drivers conflict?

Please help!

Hi Zelimir
I must have missed your posts every time

Please click on Start->Run-> C:\WINDOWS\Minidump

Then locate your Minidumps
Then Zip up a few (not too many, as it is a 200kb limit here)
Then -> http://www.techspot.com/vb/images/editor/attach.gif Attach them to a new reply here

BugCheck 100000D1, {6, 2, 0, ba60c504}
Probably caused by : Sacm2A.sys
PROCESS_NAME: Idle

Sacm2A.sys: USB cable modem.

Drivers H E R E (http://www.scientificatlanta.com/products/consumers/new_cablemodems_drivers.htm)

But if you want it to work without fault ;)
Uninstall the USB Cable Modem drivers
And plug in an Ethernet cable

Problem solved :grinthumb

Thanx for the fast reply... I followed the steps and It seems that i already have latest drivers alreday installed on my PC. I will try to disable Atheros Enthernet Controller, included on motherboard, leaving the one i use in function and see what happens. Other solution is to ask my provider to change my Cable modem. Im using Webstar 2000, and it works well... :(

Well, now im pretty sure that the reboots problem really is in my modem drivers. Last night everything worked perfectly well without using it and today when i plugged it in, i got BSOD after 2 hours again. Soon, my provider will replace USB cable with Network card adapter for the modem, and i guess the problems will stop... Im sending my last Minidump, zipped, just to be sure it really is the same erros code.

Thank you guys a lot for your time,

Zelimir.
