Computer randomly restarts

I had this problem with one of my pc's, it started happening out of nowhere so i decided to reinstall windows xp but it didn't fix the problem.

I started using a second pc and the same thing is happening, and it only seems to happen when the internet is connected. I've reinstalled a fresh copy of XP with SP2 but the problem still persists!

I get this error in event viewer-

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x1000000a (0x000000e8, 0x00000002, 0x00000001, 0x806e4a16). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\Mini112708-02.dmp.

In that folder there is 61 .dmp files, all from this same error. They are all 96kb in size, i attached the latest one if someone could help that would be great..

Also looking at the event viewer now, i see this error happened yesterday:
