Web Site Query

I have a query that is ,

i wants host a site on web server for globle use.Site has a sql data base. This site will be acessed by any one in globe network.I want only one user should acesses the admin section of this site in globle Network

How should go for it

Your hosting company will give you a UserID and Password. These are needed to access your control panel and/or admin facilities.

Without these userID/Passwords, no-one else can access these admin facilities.

I assume the (global) users cann open/modify accounts in your SQL database, but they can NOT access the Admin part of it.
