OK so i just formatted my computer and am in the process of re-installing everything, however very periodically i keep getting BSoD messages which have the following error message

DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

with technical information being:

STOP: 0X000000D1 (0X0000003D, 0X00000002, 0X00000000, 0XB965F1B6

NVTcp.sys B965F1B6 base at B965B000 Datestamp 4253b85b

Attached is the only minidump i have in the folder

0xD1 errors are often the cause of faulty drivers and in this case it is NVTcp.sys driver which belongs to the process NVIDIA Networking Protocol Driver belonging to the software NVIDIA TCP/IP Protocol Driver.

Many, many people have had issues with this driver. Several places, including Nvidia's own forums recommend to Uninstall Network Access Manager (NAM).
