Multiple bsod with id 1037

since yesterday, i'm getting multiple bsod with id 1037.
i think it's connected somehow to eset nod32 but not sure. the proogram stopped working. another thing is that my wifi modem wont detect any wireless network.
these is the most recent bsod:

i got another bsod.
the file afd.sys were in it.
i hope it helps to figure it out.

0xA errors are caused either by hardware issues or a faulty driver attempting an IRQ Level Address it shouldn't.

Why do you suspect NOD32 and what version are your running? Try updating your network card drivers.
