Counter strike non steam issue on windows 7 RC

Hi, I downloaded the RC few days back and installed it, till now its been working pretty well
until i installed counter strike source and 1.6 (both non-steam), Each time i run the games it just wont start. The processes "hl.exe"(for 1.6) and "hl2.exe"(for source) would consume no cpu at all but a "rundll32.exe" would run for infinity consuming 50% cpu usage.
I googled but no one seems to have the prob, so could u plzz help me out?

I've had the same problem when I've tried running some games as a normal user instead of administrator.
