i am intending to close the port ssh, sunrpc, unknown

I have closed a few ports initally and i wonder closing all this port will it affect the performance of amule..

Is there any accelerator that can make amule faster coz it is 0.6kb downloading slow.....

There is no accelerator. And using cheating clients is bad!. Your aMule is most likely running with lowID. You have to specify what port you want to use in aMule preferences and then forward that port to your Linux box in the router also.
