NBA Live 06 error

Hi once again here I am pleading for a help and hope :D

My problem is , whenever i run the game (nba live 06) an error will prompt ..

and it says "NBA Live 06 has encountered a serious problem...etc ..Don't send .. etc "

my specs is just minimum ,

Pentium IV
ECS L7VMM2
32MB on-board VGA ( S3 Graphics ProSavage DDR )

I suspect that the S3 graphics does not support the game. If it requires Transform and Lighting, S3 probably doesn't have it.
