NForce SW Drivers & MSI Mobo

For unfortunate reasons I had to replace my previous Asus A7N8X Deluxe from another case. I replaced it with an almost indentical mobo with a MSI K7N2 Delta Series (MS-6570). I've never had a problem with Nforce drivers in the past, but when ever I allow the setup to install the SW Drivers the system will hang during the boot sequence.

I've found a few other threads, but they all seemed to be referenced to CD-Burning. Also, I've read that the Nforce drivres looks for a SCSI interface? I checked the Bios and Mobo for settings that I might have overlooked, but i think I got her all square?
Should I really be worried about the SW Drivers?

Specs:
MSI K7n2 Delta Series (MS-6570) - Nforce2 Chipset
AMD XP3200+
1Gig Corsair DDR 2700
ATI X800 Pro
20G Maxtor
200G Western Digital
