I am trying to upload a pic in the gallery, but i keep getting this error message


Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 2400 bytes) in /var/www/html/gallery/image-inc.php on line 108

the file is a jpg and the size of the file is 274 KB

i get the error on firefox and ie 6

not sure if its just me having this problem
