I keep getting this error screen that says page_fault_in_nonpaged_area

please help...it happened twice while i was in Microsoft Word.

The fauling module is ntoskrnl.exe which is not the culprit. If you want to find out the culprit, attach two minidumps here. I will analyse the dump and find out the root cause. You can find minidump at the folder \windows\minidump
