MS Access - need help, a piece of advice

I have a pretty big database and now I need to create a report that will pull out ONLY items, cells selected in the table.
I have already created a check box column in the table but can't have the report pulling out ONLY what is checked.

SQL is the answer.
Select your cells from the table where checkbox = "Y"
