hey guys need help :p

when i try to install any of the ubisoft games i get a 1607 error "Unable to install installshield scripting Runtime... and i dont know what to do

i have done everything that the consumer.installsheild.com website told me to do i even installed windows all over but i am still getting the same message .....

MS-7030
512MB DDR
windows XP professional
Geforce 6800
