I keep getting an error on my computer that says : Windows Explorer Error and refreshs my page closing everything I have up .... please help me solve this problem. I am attaching my hijackthis log file :hotouch:

Download www.new.net/support/uninstall6_38.exe but don't run it yet!

Boot in Safe Mode.
Switch System restore OFF, see how here (www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/tutorial56.html).
In Windows Explorer, turn on "show all files and folders, including hidden and system". See how here (www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/tutorial62.html).

Press Ctrl/Alt/Del simultaneously, select Taskmanager/Processes, select the process (if there), click "End Process" for:
BearShare.exe

Next, try to UNinstall anything to do with (not delete yet!):
C:\Program Files\BearShare\BearShare.exe

To fix O10 - Broken Internet access because of LSP provider 'c:\program files\newdotnet\newdotnet6_38.dll' missing

click Start/Control Panel/Add-Remove Programs and uninstall: New.net Application or New.net Domains
If neither is listed, run the above uninstall6_38.exe

Next, run a HJT scan and place a tick-mark in the little square before (if still there):

Now click on the [b]Fix Checked button in HJT.

When done, from between the above dotted lines, delete the highlighted bold files.
When a \directory-name\ is bold, delete everything in it, including that directory itself.
Check that directory c:\program files\newdotnet\ is also deleted.
Delete all files and directories from: C:\Documents and Settings\[username]\Local Settings\Temp
Repeat this for ALL [usernames].
Delete all files and directories from: C:\WINDOWS\Temp (except files dated from TODAY).
Boot normal. When all OK, switch System Restore back on.
