Can anyone here recommend a good finance program? I heard that GNUcash was good, but has been discontinued I think.

Quick books is trivial to use, but is not a real accounting system --it just classifies your expenses into groups you can define. I've been using M.Y.O.B. on a Mac for years and it is just great. There's a PC version, but 1) I don't like the controls and 2) the product has been sold to another vendor and they've integrated backwards into their product line. I've not found a PC accounting program that is easy to use, inexpensive, and full function A/R, A/P, invoicing, custom forms, P/L, Balance sheet, budgets. Guess I'll just stick with the Mac  |
