My latest minidumps -- help please

i'm lost. i posted before and it seemed my minidumps were symptomatic of faulty RAM. i now have brand new Corsair XMS RAM fully compatible with my mobo (Asus A8V Deluxe). this system is hardly 4 months old.

and i even just had to re-install WinXP Pro SP2, so my system is now a clean install....and already i'm getting the BSOD within 3 days!!!

i've attached the minidumps for the past few days. any diagnosis is HIGHLY appreciated!!!
